What happens when a customer enters details into the web form on your site and clicks the Submit button?
You get an e-mail that contains all the form details. Lets say the e-mail is like this:

What do you do with this e-mail? I am sure you would be screening the entire e-mail and then entering details one by one into your Address Book. Even if you receive more than 15 e-mails in a day it is a pain to enter the lead information into your Address Book.
